Now let's get the very first question out of the way now. Why cant I just put my camper on a website like outdoorsy or goodsam rental? Absolutely you can! But there are lots of issues with these websites. The number one issue is they charge the customer lots of fees. If you want to list your camper for $110 per night, then the company puts fees for this and that on top and the customer looses interest. OTR does not charge all the fees, we make the camping experience more affordable. And for you the camper owner its easy when you let OTR do all the leg work. Look below at the list of all we do so you don't have to.
This is what it all comes down to. The split is a simple 50/50 split. OTR retains 50% of the nightly rental amount. The camper owner receives 50% of the nightly rental amount. The credit card fees, sales tax and county taxes are all paid by OTR. You will receive a simple 1099 at the end of the year for any rentals your camper brings in.
